BTC conference in Minsk 8th October
MAY 3, 2010The next BTC conference will take place in Minsk 8th October 2010, back to back with the Agora 2.0 meeting in Minsk. The programme and application form can downloaded from the BTC web-site soon. The PCO for the event is ViaHansa.
TARTU in The Economic Time India 8th April
APRIL 30, 2010As result of a BTC organised press trip last year an article about the BTC member Tartu was published.The Economic Time is India's most prestigous economic paper with circulation all over India at 500.000 copies and 2.000.000 readership.The article can be seen here!

APRIL 26, 2010The BTC Annual meeting 2010 elected Robert Kepinski - Director Marketing Polish Tourism Board and Martin Ahlberg - FIN-S Kommunikation/Sweden as new BTC Board members.Liisa Lemmetyinen from Turku Touring and Niels Lund from DB Vertrieb will continue as BTC Board members
Agora 2.0 Kick-off meeting in Greifswald 10-12 February 2010
JANUARY 13, 2010The kick-off meeting of the new Agora 2.0 meeting will take place in the Hanseatic City of Greifswald 10-12 February 2010. BTC is a partner in that project with an approximate budget of 80.000 EURO.
BaltMetPromo Meeting in Helsinki during Matka Fair 21.01.10
JANUARY 13, 2010The first BaltMetPromo meeting where BTC will be present will take place at the Matka fair in Helsinki 21.01.2010. Promotion of our region in Japan will be one of the topics.
Next BTC conference in Minsk in October 2010
JANUARY 13, 2010The next BTC conference will take place in Minsk/Belarus in October 2010. The exact date will be clear in February 2010. The conference will be organised in the frame of the Agora 2.0 project. Minsk and the whole Belarus is an exciting undiscovered destination and close neighbours to the Baltic countries. This will be the first BTC event in Belarus and I am looking forward to that meeting.
2nd Baltic Sea Tourism Forum
OCTOBER 14, 2009I attend the 2nd Baltic Sea Tourism Forum in Vilnius in September which was well attended compared to the first meeting in Germany last year. The approach via CBSS is right - the governments of the Baltic Sea cities have to decide if the really want a common marketing. SEPTEMBER 30, 2009Also the BaltMetPromo project has been adopted by the European Commission. The project deals with promotion of the BSR in Japan and one part of it is tourism promotion lead by our member Riga. BTC will participate in that project with its expertise.
